East Carlton Cricket Club Sponsorship Opportunities

We are looking to maintain the momentum in 2024 to continue the growth and success of the club. In addition to the revenue raised and re-invested last year, the improved match day offering for spectators and playing facilities for cricketers of all ages has generated greater participation, increased the player and volunteer base and widened the community access opportunities to the club.

Sponsorship is an important opportunity for the club to create links and associations with other organisations and secure funding for vital equipment and re-investment in grass roots amateur cricket and community access. 

For organisations, sponsorship provides the opportunity for philanthropic involvement with a local community based amateur cricket club and will often make up a valuable part of a corporate social responsibility strategy. Sponsorship also provides organisations the opportunity to promote their offering, increase brand exposure and awareness and ultimately reach a wider audience.

We have categorised the sponsorship opportunities at East Carlton in to 3 distinct categories;

Cricket Sponsorship

Cricket sponsorship includes all aspects of supporting grass root cricket activities across the club for all age groups, from team kit sponsorship to match day sponsorship and equipment procurement. 

Through the clubs qualification as an accredited national youth programme centre, we now meet the requirements to access central ECB grant funding for infrastructure capital investment grants. The grants are often subject to a matching or proportional contribution and we see this as an ideal opportunity to partner with a sponsor to provide an enduring investment in the clubs facilities. Event Sponsorship

The clubs organised events through the year are an important part of our social and fundraising activities. Corporate sponsorship of these events is an ideal opportunity to promote a brand or product whilst raising vital funds for the club.

Stumps

·  Sponsors logo displayed on Colour printed stumps (x6) and used for all league, friendly and syndicated home matches for one season. (circa 15 matches per year)

Boundary Ropes

£2,000

·  Purchase of new boundary ropes and 10 x foam triangular advertising wedges, printed with sponsors logo and message.

·  To be used for all matches held at the club for 2 seasons (circa 30 matches)

Match Day Sponsorship

£750

·  Sponsorship of one home league match

·  Sponsors logo, message and QR codes displayed on 2m pull up colour printed banners

·  Traditional cricket tea for 4 guests with bottle of prosecco included

·  £50 bar credit for use on the day

Main Summer Social Event

The club’s main fundraising social event for 2025 will be announced in the new year, previous years we have held a casino night, a black tie ball and various other well attended themed functions. We usually attract circa 100 paying guests. Tickets will be priced at around £20 and will include entry, food and welcome drinks. Sponsor benefits include:

We hold a bonfire/firework display every year in November for members, their guests and the local community. Usually attended by around 100 people, this ticketed event includes opportunities to fund the fireworks, sponsor the best Guy competition and/or fund the food offering
